While ISO 22002-100:2025 provides the overarching framework, the sector-specific ISO 22002 parts detail the unique prerequisite requirements for each link in the food chain. In this comprehensive session, we’ll unpack the key updates across ISO 22002-1 (Food Manufacturing), ISO 22002-6 (Feed and Animal Food Production), ISO 22002-2 (Catering), ISO 22002-4 (Food Packaging Manufacturing), ISO 22002-5 (Transport and Storage), and ISO 22002-7 (Retail and Wholesale).

Participants will gain a clear understanding of how each sector’s requirements integrate with FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 to create a cohesive, risk-based food safety system. We’ll highlight common themes across all sectors — such as infrastructure hygiene, operational controls, and traceability — while addressing distinct needs like allergen control in catering, contamination prevention in packaging, and feed hygiene in animal food.
