A major focus of this session will be the introduction of mandatory Food Defence and Food Fraud requirements across all organizations — no longer limited to GFSI standards. We’ll discuss how to establish, implement, and maintain food fraud and food defence plans in line with ISO 22002-100:2025 and share practical tools for risk assessment, vulnerability analysis, and mitigation planning.
