We will explore the control of data and information, the preparation of inspection reports and certificates, and the handling of appeals and complaints.
The discussion will highlight the importance of ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and secure information management throughout the inspection process. We will also examine what constitutes a clear, accurate, and reliable inspection report, and how reporting directly influences the credibility of the inspection body.
In addition, we will explore how appeals and complaints should be managed in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner, reinforcing trust and accountability. Participants will gain practical guidance on strengthening communication processes, improving transparency, and aligning their systems with the updated requirements of ISO/IEC 17020:2026.
