Quality depends not only on what people know, but also on what they understand, communicate, and consistently put into practice. This webinar explores the interconnected requirements for competence, awareness, communication, and documented information within an effective quality management system.
Participants will learn how to determine competence requirements, take appropriate actions to develop or acquire competence, and evaluate whether those actions have achieved the intended results. We will examine how awareness extends beyond knowing the quality policy to understanding quality objectives, personal contribution, organizational quality culture, ethical behaviour, and the consequences of nonconformity. The session will also address effective internal and external communication and the creation, approval, protection, availability, retention, and control of documented information. The focus will be on developing capable and informed people who are supported by clear communication and reliable information.
