What happens when someone in your laboratory says, “Something has gone wrong”?
The response to that moment reveals more about a laboratory’s quality culture than any policy or procedure. Drawing on clauses 7.10 and 8.7 of ISO/IEC 17025 and clauses 7.5 and 8.7 of ISO 15189, this webinar examines the identification, control, evaluation and correction of nonconforming work, together with the actions needed to address causes and prevent recurrence.
Through the LEAD Laboratory Leadership Model, participants will explore personal courage, leadership responses, process effectiveness and the difference between accountability and blame. A focused LEAD Laboratory Pulse Assessment will help participants evaluate whether their laboratory encourages prompt reporting, responsible action, meaningful investigation and organisational learning, or whether fear and silence allow problems to remain hidden.
